Cicely Gill a Scot by choice, lives on the Isle of Arran, has been a jeweller and a counsellor, now exclusively a writer, of plays, novels and poems. Self-published a detective novel, ‘Ivory’ in 2014. Two of her plays were commissioned by the National Trust for Scotland, the second, about WW1 on Arran was performed there last August. Anne Hogg graduated from Napier University with an MA in Creative Writing in 2012 and was fortunate enough to be chosen to take part in the Playwrights’ Studio Scotland Mentoring Scheme 2014. Anne’s first play ‘Butterfly’ was produced by A Play, A Pie and a PInt and opened the 2015 Spring season. She has also written a short film script ‘And the River Runs Red’ which has been produced by CalyRose Productions. The film is in post-production at the moment. Gordon Macnaughton is a graduate of the University of Glasgow’s Playwriting and Dramaturgy Masters programme. His previous plays, The Project and The Good Pupil, have received rehearsed readings at the Tron Theatre. He is currently enjoying being part of the Tron 100 Club and is redrafting profusely. Heloise Thual is a young playwright, writing both in French, her native language, and in English. She started theatre as a performer in the semi-professional collaborative group ATRE connected to the Opera of Lyon. Having to edit a range of texts for the stage, she fell in love with playwriting and decided to come to Glasgow in order to follow a Masters in Playwriting. Heloise is a recipient of Playwrights’ Studio, Scotland’s New Playwrights Awards 2015. Directed by Illias Poimenidis who graduated from Iasmos drama school in Athens in 1999 and worked as an actor until 2005. Interested in directing he worked as an assistant director in several productions and has been directing since 2008.
Design by Despina Isaia who graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts in 1999. She participated as an installation artist in shows in Greece and the U.K. Since 2004 she also works as a costume and set designer for theatre, film and t.v.
